Be the Best You

Be the Best You

Evolving into the best version of yourself is always going to include leaving people behind and making tough decisions.

It’s nothing against those people or anyone who has caused you harm.

You have to keep it moving.

Don’t neglect the reality of what needs to be done in order to continue moving forward.

People will mention it’s lonely out there. Yes, it can definitely be physically lonely for a bit…but spiritually you’re never alone.

You are just getting to know yourself better.

Sometimes cutting out the noise, the distractions, the emotions is extremely difficult but it’s not deadly.

Getting to know yourself better allows you to hear what YOU need. Not your relatives, not your friends, not your husband or wife….what do YOU want.

Most people can’t answer that because they’re so caught up on the clout and keeping up with their social media status.

Instead of investing so much time on a screen, why not apply it to your real life.

You look good, you feel good, you feel good….you play good.

And it’s a big game out in the real world.

Are you ready to play? Or are you okay with sitting on the bench?

Choice is always yours.

Technology has been a great tool for people to use towards networking and education. No doubt about the great things it brings us. Use it to your advantage.

You can literally learn just about anything off YouTube. How great is that?

Take advantage of it and acknowledge the people posting informative and constructive content. Not some bullshit.

But society has transitioned into that type of living. Instead of being present in the moment, you see the phones and cameras come out.

It’s okay to capture the moments but try to practice not doing it so much and pay attention to your presence.

You will attract the right people in your life when you invest in yourself to become the best version of yourself everyday. There are no regrets when you do what is best for you to flourish.
